Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For a refund under our return policy, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
We shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery if you will meet all described deadlines and conditions.
We will carry out such reimbursement, using, the same means of payment, as you used for the initial transaction.
You will have to bear the shipping costs of the returning goods.
If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if returned product meet required condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacture. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos at [email protected] and we will provide you with additional information on how to return your item to us.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform our contact center of your decision to cancel the order by sending an email to [email protected].
You have right to cancel any time, no later then 14 calendar days, after the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
The deadline is met if you send back any goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning any goods to us. Products should be returned in or with their original packaging.
